Poultry Garlic Butter

Ingredients

1 ⁄ 4 cup butter

2 large garlic cloves, minced

1 ⁄ 4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp lemon juice

¼ cup parsley, finely chopped

Recommended meat:

Chicken, turkey, duck

Directions

Mash the butter, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl until it has a uniform texture and is slightly coarse. DO NOT over mix to a fully smooth texture because it will take more time to firm up.
